2.     Nov 1995 – Feb 1997,

Position: Head of Engineering at Project Site (Semen Gresik in Tuban).

Duties Resume:   Responsible to the Project Manager to create a budget plan, Quality plan, master schedule and project execution methods.

3.     March 1997 – Sep 1998,

Position: Site Manager at Semen Gresik in Tuban Project.

Duties Resume: Responsible to the Project Manager to execute the project in accordance with the master schedule, quality plan, and manage labour and equipment.

4.     Oct 1998 – Sep 2001,

Position: Member of Auditor SPI (Satuan Pengawasan Internal).

Duties Resume:  Responsible to the Lead Auditor for planning, implementing, making finding statements and monitor follow-up.

Position: Head of Procurement in Civil Contractor Division.

Duties Resume: Responsible to the Head of Civil Contractor Division for make plan and execute procurement, manage subcontractors and deliver equipment for all projects.

Duties Resume: responsible to the Head of the Division to develop management systems according to ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Planning and implementing the Quality and Safety Internal Audit and preparing Management Review.
